Annually the
Glenville Rotary hosts three major events for the community:
- Golf
Tournament
- Ziti Dinner
- Corporate
Olympics
Golf Tournament
The Golf
Tournament is typically the first Thursday in the month of August and is the
largest fundraiser for the club. Past tournaments have been played
at the Van Patten Country Club in Clifton Park. Entry forms and
information about the tournament are posted on the website within 2 months of
the event.
The 2009 golf
classic was held at VanPatten Country Club on Thursday, August 6.

Ziti Dinner
Our Ziti
Dinner is held the first Friday in February at the Glenville Senior Center
on Worden Road in Glenville. The 2010 Ziti Dinner
is on Friday, February 5, 2010.
The dinner benefits the Scotia Glenville Food
Pantry and the Northeast Regional Food Bank. Rotarians and local
businesses team to host a Ziti Dinner for the community that supports these

the Ziti Dinner include: TJ's Flightline Pub, Hannaford, Casa Visco, Stewart's,

Community Olympics
The Community (Corporate)
Olympics are held in conjunction with the Greater Glenville YMCA.
School districts and local businesses compete in a number of events.
Divisions based on the business size result in many local champions.
Information will soon be available about this event, typically held in late
Spring (May).
